		<description>Hello Tamara, thank you for the post about buying a home, we will be glad to give you all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision, to start I will said that anyone looking to get a mortgage to buy a house need to have a steady and verifiable source of income usually the financial institutions will require pay stubs and income taxes as proof of income and depending of the credit and income you may qualify for a FHA loan with just 3.5% of down payment, in a house of $200,000 you would need $7,000 initial down payment. there are also some programs that still offering zero down payment how ever the income qualification still required.
