Midlesex County real estate
April 7, 2009
The midlesex County real estate activity has been fairly good, despite the bad publicity of it in 2008. It has sold a total of 6,229 properties out of 15,104 inventory, a down of 20% from the previous year.
It’s not bad for an industry that is crying out for mercy.
Homes in the Midlesex County are always a good option for home buyers because of its affordability. Many of its fine towns has homes for sale in far better prices then Union County and Essex County. Middlesex has the privilige of being close to major highways and train station to New York City.
