As of today’s date, the town of Cranford has exactly 100 single family homes for sale, including condominium and town houses and some very large and pretty homes.
The lowest price is a four room, one bedroom condominium and highest price is a $1,149,900.00 brand new four bedrooms with 3700 sq feet home.
It is a very nice community with a great variety of business, also is the home for Union County College.

Peace and tranquility surrounds the gorgeous Cranford Township in New Jersey. Located at the heart of Union County NJ, Cranford is surrounded by Kenilworth, Westfield, Garwood and Clark and has been chosen as a great place to grow your family tree. Cranford offers a convenient commute by having easy access to routes 22, 1 and 9, NJ Turnpike, I-280 and I-78. In addition, Cranford is just 15 miles from New York which can be reached by car or in-town train station. Newark Liberty International Airport is 20 minutes away. The Garden State Parkway has two exits 136 and 137 in the town.
This gateway also offers access to incredible shopping venues, such as the renowned Mall at Short Hills and Woodbridge Center Mall. There are also extensive local shopping opportunities to be found closer to home, just minutes away, downtown. Opportunities to enjoy the arts and culture are abound. When families aren’t out enjoying the communities’ open space or strolling along the child-friendly sidewalks and walking trails, they can visit nearby parks such as the county-owned, 118-acre Nomahegan Park off Springfield Avenue. The park offers playground equipment, a picnic area, a baseball field and wooded areas. One of the town’s most used facilities is the Cranford Recreation Complex of Centennial Avenue. It has an indoor pool, fitness center, two baseball and football fields and a sports track. The many complexes and parks located inside the city frequently are places for programs organized by the town’s Recreation and Parks Department. Youth activities may include dances, bowling, cooking and field hockey. The Teen Center is a great place to hang out with friends and listen to music. Adults can stay in shape by participating in programs such as tai chi and basketball. Seniors have fun with line dancing and arts and crafts, or trying to learn a thing or two at a home repairs class. Youth athletic programs include Baseball League, Girls’ Softball League, Pop Warner Football, Police Athletic League and the Soccer Club. The Cranford Hockey Club offers ice skating and competitive ice hockey. Canoeing and fishing also are popular activities along the Rahway River.
Cranford is served by the Cranford school district, as well as several private and charter schools in the area. The Cranford High School is ranked as one of the top 75 high school in New Jersey and has won a series of national and statewide awards for its innovative curriculum.
